SOLD: Italpresse Hydraulic book opening style press for PU foam

We currently have a stock press manufactured by Italpresse in 2004; the press is unused and available for sale.

Cost new £55,000, now reduced to £45,000 with a range of spread payment options.

The Italpresse PU/120 hydraulic book opening press is designed for the molding of composite polyurethane foam products using RIM processes. The hydraulic press is versatile for many industry sectors applications, including: automotive parts production (bumpers, door rockers, spoilers etc.), cold store & refrigeration production, PU roofing panels, discontinuous polyurethane blocks and sound insulation.

The PU-120 is a high-end PU press which is manufactured to meet the most demanding reaction injection molding applications and is host to a selection of features which include:

  • Programmable platen locking force – For multi-tool application.

  • Programmable tilt angle – For efficient tool filling.

  • Upper platen book forward – For easy operator access to upper tool half.

  • Programmable degas cycle - For better product foam structure.
