Metering elastomers at 2 tonnes of per minute is a known technology to CTM.

High Output Elastomer Dispensing Machine

This 2,000 Kg per minute unit was designed with more than a simple mass flow ‘closed loop’ flow and ratio control system in mind.

This metering unit is able to vary output between 300 Kg to 2,000 Kg per minute during the dispensing phase so as to achieve a specific customer requirement.

Changes in mixing head feed line pressures are monitored and checked against the pre-set programmed pressures and corrected in real time during all mixing phases and at all outputs.

This metering unit was designed to manufacture elastomer mouldings of 6.5 tonnes.
