Our filled material metering units feature a number of leading technologies that include fully ‘closed loop’ mass- flow and ratio management systems that are capable of metering and mixing filled resins at variable pouring rates from 30Kg up to 300 Kg per minute.

Metering abrasive and often fragile fillers such as hollow glass spheres requires the right type of pump.

The pump featured here is designed for processing just such materials; in addition viscosities of 30,000 cps do not present a problem.

Pump output is regulated in a fully closed loop so as to ensure that the correct flow rate is maintained at all times.

The metering unit featured here is designed for operation from a shipping container. All key components are located on one side for ease of access.
