Penta Modules are available with one or two metering pumps. To assure safe operation, the tank and pump group (excluding pump motors) that supplies the polyol-hydrocarbon mixture are mounted inside a ventilated enclosure.The Penta Module or Dual Penta Module is controlled by the existing metering machine and pour station controls. The various input and output connections associated with the polyol side of the existing machine are disconnected and replaced by connections to the Penta Module.Although a number of chemical delivery and conditioning options are available, all Penta Modules are equipped with a polyol day tank; chemical filter; one or more metering pumps to control the chemical flow; one or more heat exchangers to maintain the correct chemical temperatures; and a temperature controller.

Penta EasyFroth is a closed-loop high-pressure pre-blending unit, specifically designed for hydrocarbons and other liquid blowing agents. Penta EasyFroth offers a number of significant advantages: it is a flexible system capable of mixing and metering a wide range of blowing agents, such as LBBA, liquid carbon dioxide, Cyclopentane and blends (Cyclopentane plus Isobutane). Its excellent mixing efficiency is confirmed by the high percentage of expanding agent rapidly dissolving into the polyols. The very small overall size of the machinery makes the installation easy everywhere.
