The "single rod" mixing head with the mechanical high-speed mixer operated by one AC motor and related gear belt multiplier, allows to open and close the components lines by a pneumatic cylinder with the possibility of the component recycling through the same mixing head.The "double rod" mixing head with the mechanical high-speed mixer operated by one AC motor and related gear belt multiplier, allows to open and close the components lines by a pneumatic cylinder with the possibility of the component recycling through the same mixing head. The peculiarity of this mixing head is the mechanical separation of the flow that keeps the two components separated right up to the injection ports, thus preventing cross contamination. The conical jets controlling the injection pressure can be manually adjusted (externally on the mixing head), using an allen key.

The low-pressure mixing heads wide range is able to offer different outputs from 0.2 gr/sec to 500 kg/min.
