Cannon B-System Low Pressure Metering Unit

Cannon has 40 years experience in the development and manufacture of low pressure foaming machines and the B-System is the latest technology available. The Cannon B-System low-pressure metering machines are particularly suited to applications where the low production rate does not justify a higher capital investment and where the technology is simple.

The standard Cannon B-system has electronic process control and is available in five models, with outputs ranging from 0.86 to 300 kg/min.

Standard Features

Volumetric gear pump metering. Two low-speed pumps, operated by closed-loop-controlled direct current motors, offer maximum precision and reliability.
Continuous output and ratio control.
A special microprocessor, designed specifically for the Cannon B machine, allows full control over operation sequence, the pour time, output, ratio and temperature.
Synoptic control panel with touch sensitive keyboard.
Visual readout showing actual operating conditions, with values clearly indicated by 6 digital displays and 21 LEDS.
Each pour program consists of a pour time, output and ratio.
A mixing head with a new mechanical mixer designed to produce perfectly mixed foams, even when using difficult chemical formulations.
