A-Basic

Basically “A-Basic”

The model “A-Basic” represents the new range of Cannon high pressure foaming units for Polyurethanes. These units have been designed and developed to meet the specific requirements of the end-users who need to combine simplicity of management, production capacity, high technical and quality standards, efficiency and reliability, by keeping investment costs low.

For these reasons, this dosing machine has been implemented with precise targets, such as:

  • Offering the value, quality and warranty of the Cannon's brand and technology.
  • Realizing a high pressure unit with an affordable and competitive price for a cost-effective investment.
  • Manufacturing an extremely compact unit with a rational and standard configuration.
  • Ensuring always a stock availability to be ready for quick delivery to the customers.
  • Offering a logical alternative to replace low pressure machines with a more environmentally friendly technology.

Chemicals Storage

The storage group is composed of two steel tanks which can be pressurized up to 2 bar. Each tank has a capacity of 100 liters and to grant safety and temperature control the circuit is supplied complete with:

  • Over-pressure safety valves.
  • Manual drain valves.
  • Visual levels.
  • Capacitance sensors to control minimum and maximum levels.
  • PT100 temperature transducers.
  • Heat exchangers mounted on the return lines
    carbon.

Metering Circuit

The dosing system ensures an accurate component metering through high pressure pumps connected to electric AC motors by mechanical joints. Moreover, the group is complete with:

  • Over-pressure safety valves.
  • Drip pans under the pumps.
  • Spin on filters with clogging indicator.
  • Digital pressure gauges.
  • By-pass stream distributors.

The machine open structure allows excellent accessibility to all the parts to make the periodical maintenance and relevant cleaning operations easy and simple.
