Cannon A Compact 100 FC High pressure mixing and injection unit with variable output and ratio control via closed loop flow meter feed back. The high pressure metering pumps are either Bosch Rexroth Hydromatic or dedicated Cannon brand, The control system is Siemens.
Application
This Cannon machine mixes low density polyurethane insulation foam for the manufacture of industrial refrigerators. Polyurethane foam is injected into the cavity between the inner and outer skin of the refrigerator. The cured polyurethane in addition to providing thermal insulation the PU adds a high level of physical strength to the refrigerator. |
